Building an impressive portfolio with a cumulative value exceeding $12 billion, associated with a wide range of complex infrastructure and heavy fabrication projects across Australia, Africa, and Indonesia.  He has delivered successful outcomes in sectors such as renewable and coal-fired power generation, ports, heavy and light rail, and mining infrastructure and processing.

Spending a decade as a Marine Engineer and Diver in the Royal Australian Navy, De-Wayne transitioned seamlessly to the private sector, applying his technical expertise as a Fitter and Machinist then advancing within industry with Diplomas in Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture.

Aaron Donohue is a strategic executive leader with extensive cross-sector expertise spanning Tier 1 mining services, defence strategic planning, and organisational governance. With a career defined by high-stakes decision-making and operational resilience, Aaron specializes in aligning operational resources with long-term corporate strategy to drive sustainable growth and maximize shareholder value.

Aaron brings a disciplined approach to capital allocation and risk management, currently overseeing operational performance and revenue diversification as a Chief Operating Officer in the drilling services sector. His commercial acumen is built upon 15 years in the Mining and Energy sectors, where he managed complex contract and procurement environments.

Prior to his commercial career, Aaron served with distinction for 16 years in the Royal Australian Air Force. Advancing from Avionics Technician to internal Management Consultant, he operated globally in both peacetime and active war-like operations, eventually serving in senior advisory roles working directly with the Chief of Air Force on strategic reform.
