Building an impressive portfolio with a cumulative value exceeding $12 billion, associated with a wide range of complex infrastructure and heavy fabrication projects across Australia, Africa, and Indonesia.  He has delivered successful outcomes in sectors such as renewable and coal-fired power generation, ports, heavy and light rail, and mining infrastructure and processing.

Spending a decade as a Marine Engineer and Diver in the Royal Australian Navy, De-Wayne transitioned seamlessly to the private sector, applying his technical expertise as a Fitter and Machinist alongside advanced qualifications in Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture.
