Aaron’s professional journey began as he served 16 years an Avionics Technician and internal Management Consultant within the Royal Australian Air Force. Operating globally and in peacetime and active war like operations. Aaron developed a passion for more strategic roles and maximised opportunities to later serve in senior planning and advisory roles within the Australian Defence Force, working directly with the Chief of Air Force and senior military leadership. His portfolio included strategic organisational reform, capability development, and stakeholder liaison across government and defence industry, reinforcing his expertise in governance, high-stakes decision-making and operational resilience.
In broadening his professional exposure, Aaron transitioned into the Mining and Energy sector, where he spent 15 years in the commercial, contract and procurement environments, with Teir 1 Mining companies. Seeing operational excellence be matched with commercial governance and corporate responsibility, maximising shareholder value and sustainable operations.
In board governance, Aaron has served for over a decade as a board member across multiple organisations, currently as President of the L3 Church Board and member of the Reach Church Board. He has provided corporate advisory across commercial, non-profit and faith-based sectors, with responsibility for budgeting, compliance, capital stewardship and organisational risk oversight.
